Meet Your Hosts

Eric Most is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ who has dedicated his life to spreading God’s glory throughout the nations. As the President of NCF Rocky Mountains, Eric is passionate about inspiring biblical generosity and mobilizing resources to make a difference in the world. Eric was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, and has always had a heart for serving others. He married his wife Jacqie Most in 2010 and together they have two incredible sons, Hudson, and Elijah Paton, as well as a beloved golden retriever named Breamer.

Before becoming involved with the NCF, Eric was a successful business owner. He was co-owner of Most Insurance, a primer property and casualty insurance agency headquartered in Tampa, Florida. He also ran a thriving real estate company within Keller Williams. Eric’s desire to honor God in all he does led him and Jacqie to open a Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) when they got married. Instead of receiving traditional wedding gifts, they wanted to see their friends and family give to support others in hearing the Gospel. This experience helped to shape Eric’s passion for inspiring generosity and mobilizing resources for the kingdom of God.

Eric and his family joyfully live in Colorado where along with working at NCF, they love the Colorado outdoors. On the weekends, you can find the Most’s out on adventures including camping, skiing/snowboarding, rock climbing, and rafting!

Laurie Bossert began her career with Price Waterhouse in Rochester, New York. She subsequently took a break from full-time employment to homeschool her children and ran a home-based tax practice. She has spent the last 12 years with Compassion International, serving in the role of Senior Tax Accountant.

Laurie graduated from Grove City College in Pennsylvania with degrees in accounting and religion. With a humbled heart, Laurie was a recipient of a generous giver who replaced her sunsetting federal aid with a private scholarship, thus beginning her personal generosity story.

Laurie is excited to bring her passion on tax-smart strategies and generous giving to help others give more efficiently and see hearts and lives changed through the joy of generosity.

She and her husband, Mike, have been married for more than 34 years. They have three grown sons and are enjoying their new world with grandkids. Mike and Laurie enjoy serving with AWANA and premarital counseling ministries in their local church. They also like to spend time outside in the Colorado sunshine, hiking, and kayaking.
